📝Creating an Account
- Click the **"Sign Up"** button at the top-right corner
- Enter your Name, Email, and Password (min 8 chars, 1 uppercase, 1 digit, 1 special char)
- Choose 🛍️ Buyer or 🏪 Seller
- "Create Account" button
- 📧 A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email
- Enter the code and click Verify — Account created ✅
💡 The verification code is valid for 10 minutes only. If you don't receive the email, click Resend.
🔑Logging In
- Click the "Login" button
- Enter your Email and Password, then click Sign In
- To log out, click the Logout button in the Navbar
🔐Forgot Password
- Click **"Forgot Password?"** on the Login page
- Enter your email and click "Send Reset Code"
- 📧 A 6-digit reset code will be sent
- Enter the code and set a new password
- ✅ Password changed — go back to Login
💡 The reset code is valid for 15 minutes. Password must contain uppercase, digit, and special character.
🔍Browsing Products
- Browse by Category on the homepage
- Click "Products" in the Navbar to see all products
- Type a product name in Search — auto-searches as you type
- Use **Sort By** dropdown to sort by price or name
- Use **Min/Max Price** and click "Filter" to filter by price range
- Click "Shops" to browse shops
💡 Click Category chips to filter by type. Click "Clear Filters" to reset.
🛒Buying Products
- Click "Add to Cart" on a product detail page
- Click the 🛒 icon in Navbar to view your cart
- Use + / - buttons to change quantity
- "Proceed to Checkout" → fill shipping address → "Place Order"
- ✅ Order placed successfully
💡 You will receive email notifications when order status changes.
📋Viewing Orders
- Click "Orders" in the Navbar
- Click an order to see details
- View step-by-step status in the Order Timeline
❌Cancelling Orders
- Go to Orders page and click the order you want to cancel
- If status is **"Created"**, a **"Cancel Order"** button will appear
- Click "Cancel Order" then confirm with **"Yes, Cancel"**
- ✅ Order cancelled — items returned to stock
💡 Orders that are Confirmed/Processing/Shipped cannot be cancelled. Contact the seller.

💖Saving Favorite Products
- Click the 🤍 heart icon on a product card to add to Wishlist
- Click again to remove from Wishlist
- Click the ♡ icon in Navbar to view your Wishlist page
- View all saved products on the Wishlist page
💡 You must be logged in to use Wishlist. On mobile, access Wishlist from the ☰ menu.
⭐Writing Reviews
- Scroll down to the Review section on a product detail page
- Rate ⭐ 1 to 5 stars and write your comment
- Click "Submit Review"
💡 You can only review a product once.
👤Editing Your Profile
- Click your 👤 name in the Navbar
- Edit your name in the Edit Profile section and click Save Changes
- To change password, fill in current and new password in Change Password section
🏪Opening a Shop (For Sellers)
- You must have selected "Sell Products" during registration
- Login and go to Dashboard → "Shop"
- Fill in shop name and description
- 🖼️ Upload shop Logo (square) and Banner (wide) — drag-and-drop or click to select
- "Create Shop"
- ✅ Shop created — you can now add products
💡 Each seller can only open 1 shop. Logo/Banner can be changed anytime on the Shop page.
📦Adding Products (For Sellers)
- Dashboard → Products → "➕ Add Product"
- Fill in product name, description, price, stock, category
- 📷 Click or drag-and-drop to add images (up to 5, 5MB each)
- "Create Product"
📊Managing Orders (For Sellers)
- Dashboard → Orders to view orders
- Click "Manage" to see details
- Select new status and click Update (buyer will be notified via email)
💡 You will receive an email when new orders come in. Please confirm as soon as possible.
📱Using on Mobile
- On mobile/tablet, tap the ☰ menu icon at the top-right
- A side menu panel opens — access Shops, Products, Cart, Wishlist, Orders, Profile
- Close the menu by tapping ✕ or the dark overlay
💡 MMShopping is mobile-friendly. Works great on both phone and computer.
❓Frequently Asked Questions
🙋 Forgot your password?
Click "Forgot Password?" on the Login page and get a reset code via email. Set a new password within 15 minutes.
🙋 Can I cancel an order?
If the order status is "Created", you can cancel it using the "Cancel Order" button on the order detail page. Not possible after Confirmed.
🙋 How do I use Wishlist?
Click the 🤍 heart icon on a product card to add to Wishlist. Click the ♡ icon in Navbar to view.
🙋 Can I open 2 shops?
No — each seller can only open 1 shop.
🙋 How to change shop Logo/Banner?
Go to Seller Dashboard → Shop page to upload/change Logo and Banner images.
🙋 Can I edit/delete a review?
You can only submit one review per product and cannot edit or delete it.
🙋 How do I pay?
Currently we use Cash on Delivery (COD) system.
🙋 How to check order status?
View on the Orders page. You will also receive email notifications when status changes.
🙋 Can I search by price range?
Enter prices in the Min/Max Price fields on the Products page and click "Filter".
🙋 What currency is used?
Prices are displayed in MMK (Myanmar Kyat).
