📖 User Guide

📝Creating an Account

1. Click the **"Sign Up"** button at the top-right corner
2. Enter your Name, Email, and Password (min 8 chars, 1 uppercase, 1 digit, 1 special char)
3. Choose 🛍️ Buyer or 🏪 Seller
4. "Create Account" button
5. 📧 A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email
6. Enter the code and click Verify — Account created ✅

🔑Logging In

1. Click the "Login" button
2. Enter your Email and Password, then click Sign In
3. To log out, click the Logout button in the Navbar

🔐Forgot Password

1. Click **"Forgot Password?"** on the Login page
2. Enter your email and click "Send Reset Code"
3. 📧 A 6-digit reset code will be sent
4. Enter the code and set a new password
5. ✅ Password changed — go back to Login

🔍Browsing Products

1. Browse by Category on the homepage
2. Click "Products" in the Navbar to see all products
3. Type a product name in Search — auto-searches as you type
4. Use **Sort By** dropdown to sort by price or name
5. Use **Min/Max Price** and click "Filter" to filter by price range
6. Click "Shops" to browse shops

🛒Buying Products

1. Click "Add to Cart" on a product detail page
2. Click the 🛒 icon in Navbar to view your cart
3. Use + / - buttons to change quantity
4. "Proceed to Checkout" → fill shipping address → "Place Order"
5. ✅ Order placed successfully

📋Viewing Orders

1. Click "Orders" in the Navbar
2. Click an order to see details
3. View step-by-step status in the Order Timeline

❌Cancelling Orders

1. Go to Orders page and click the order you want to cancel
2. If status is **"Created"**, a **"Cancel Order"** button will appear
3. Click "Cancel Order" then confirm with **"Yes, Cancel"**
4. ✅ Order cancelled — items returned to stock

📦Order Statuses

💖Saving Favorite Products

1. Click the 🤍 heart icon on a product card to add to Wishlist
2. Click again to remove from Wishlist
3. Click the ♡ icon in Navbar to view your Wishlist page
4. View all saved products on the Wishlist page

⭐Writing Reviews

1. Scroll down to the Review section on a product detail page
2. Rate ⭐ 1 to 5 stars and write your comment
3. Click "Submit Review"

👤Editing Your Profile

1. Click your 👤 name in the Navbar
2. Edit your name in the Edit Profile section and click Save Changes
3. To change password, fill in current and new password in Change Password section

🏪Opening a Shop (For Sellers)

1. You must have selected "Sell Products" during registration
2. Login and go to Dashboard → "Shop"
3. Fill in shop name and description
4. 🖼️ Upload shop Logo (square) and Banner (wide) — drag-and-drop or click to select
5. "Create Shop"
6. ✅ Shop created — you can now add products

📦Adding Products (For Sellers)

1. Dashboard → Products → "➕ Add Product"
2. Fill in product name, description, price, stock, category
3. 📷 Click or drag-and-drop to add images (up to 5, 5MB each)
4. "Create Product"

📊Managing Orders (For Sellers)

1. Dashboard → Orders to view orders
2. Click "Manage" to see details
3. Select new status and click Update (buyer will be notified via email)

📱Using on Mobile

1. On mobile/tablet, tap the ☰ menu icon at the top-right
2. A side menu panel opens — access Shops, Products, Cart, Wishlist, Orders, Profile
3. Close the menu by tapping ✕ or the dark overlay
